Personal Data We Collect
Booking details you provide at checkout (such as name, email address, phone number, number of participants, pickup or hotel information and any special requests); your search preferences on this site (destination, travel dates, number of guests and selected activities); your approximate position if you choose "My location" (used only in your browser to sort experiences by distance and never stored on our servers); and technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, which our hosting provider records in standard server logs.
How We Use Personal Data
We use personal data to show relevant experiences and live availability, to process and confirm your bookings, to pass the necessary booking details to the local operator who delivers the experience, to answer your questions, and to keep the website secure and working properly.
Legal Basis
Processing for bookings is necessary to perform a contract with you. Security and basic website operation rely on our legitimate interest. Optional features, such as using your device location, are based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in your browser settings.
Bookings and Payments
Bookings, the shopping cart and payments are handled by our booking partner Bókun. Card details are entered directly into Bókun's secure payment service and are never stored by SeekLapland. Bókun's own privacy policy applies to the data it processes.
Sharing Personal Data
We share booking details only with the experience operator named on the experience page and with service providers that help us run the site (booking platform, hosting and font delivery). We do not sell personal data.

International Transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. In such cases, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Booking data is kept as long as needed to deliver the booking and to meet accounting and legal obligations. Search preferences stay in your own browser until you clear them. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.
