SeekLapland information
Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how SeekLapland uses cookies and similar technologies such as browser local storage. Last updated 28 October 2026.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Local storage works in a similar way and lets a website remember information between visits.
Preference Storage
We remember your search choices — destination, travel dates, number of guests and selected activities — so they stay in place when you reload the page or come back later. If you choose "My location", your approximate coordinates are saved only in your browser. Past travel dates are cleared automatically.
Necessary Cookies
Some cookies are required for the website to work, for example to keep the site secure and to remember access during our pre-launch period. These cannot be switched off.
Booking Cookies
Our booking partner Bókun sets cookies to run the booking calendar, keep your shopping cart and complete payments. Without them, bookings cannot be made.
Analytics and Marketing Cookies
We do not currently use analytics or marketing cookies. When we introduce them, they load only after you choose "Accept all" in the cookie notice on this website.
Your Choices
The cookie notice appears once for each new visitor and asks whether you accept all cookies or only necessary ones. Your answer is stored in your browser. To change it, clear this site's data in your browser settings — the notice will appear again on your next visit.
Third-Party Services
Fonts are delivered by Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the page loads. Bókun's cookie and privacy policies apply to its booking services.
Managing Cookies
You can delete or block cookies and stored site data in your browser settings at any time. Clearing them resets your saved search choices and may empty your booking cart.
