Morning Heat is a two-hour guided sauna and brunch experience combining Finnish sauna culture, Arctic nature and a relaxed morning meal by the Kemijoki River.

Your host guides you through SUMA's three saunas: a traditional wood-burning sauna, an electric sauna with panoramic river views and a gentle steam sauna.

Between sessions, unwind in the heated outdoor pool or refresh yourself with a dip in the river, then finish with a brunch-inspired dining package.
